Each job is different and, as such, it is very difficult to set a generic set of rates that will be applicable to every situation.

Generally a day rate applies for all work undertaken out on site for a duration of 8 hours or longer.

Any site work significantly less than 8 hours could be negotiated with a half daily rate depending on location.

Any workshop time is calculated in hourly increments. This can always have a prior ceiling limit agreed should you wish.

Ongoing payments for long-term jobs can be spread over the duration of the project to suit.
