Over the years, I have lost count of the number of small electrical or electronic props which have been handed to me in need of repair or servicing.

Most repairs are relatively simple and require new components for the circuit board, new battery holders, a few new bulbs, some soldering, through to a complete overhaul or life saving re-design.

I recently undertook to service and repair a batch of props, the owners of which were delighted when I returned them promptly and in full working order, at a reasonable cost. This led me to believe that a speedy and thorough repair service could be of interest to Props Supervisors, Stage Management teams and busy Lighting Departments.
