Lighting

I have worked in Electrical and Lighting Departments within West End Theatres since 1995 and more recently undertaken jobs in a freelance capacity.

During this time I have witnessed lighting technology evolve beyond recognition since my early days in the industry and have always been close to the latest technology and methods.

This accumulated knowledge has taught me that lighting control technology is now no longer just limited to controlling lights but can be adapted to many different elements of a production, which includes Special Effects (see Special Effects page). My career, so far, has also taught me that the technological evolution will never stop. Nearly every new production I am involved with offers a piece of equipment never used before, which is quite often challenging, interesting and exciting.
